No Menu, genuine Italian, true trattoria style. The lady asked us to trust her, we did. She brought out bruschetta and garlic bread, then a romaine salad with their house dressing. Followed by a plater with two complimenting pastas, a stuffed pasta with ricotta cheese and spinach covered with a creamy tomato sauce that they called 'rosa'sauce, alongside in the same platter their was a wonderful angel hair with garlic/oil and porcini mushrooms (truly excellent). Then she brought out this breast of chicken in a light vegetable tomato sauce that you could cut with your fork, unbelievably tender and some green beans. We also had a 1/2 litre of their house wine San Giovese from Verona area in Italy, espresso and we shared a tiramisu with tip $60. We will return(already made reservations) to Salvatore's it was truly a lovely experience.
